摘要
首次采用微波合成技术和传统固相合成法分别得到具有层状结构的新化合物磷锑酸钠.在不同反应条件下,两类不同反应物均可得到层状磷锑酸钠,反应物的不同对传统固相合成影响较大,而对微波合成影响甚小.对比研究了微波合成技术的应用机理.利用粉末X射线衍射、扫描电镜、成分分析、晶体形貌分析等方法对产物进行了表征,微波合成产物粒度小且分布均匀,呈长方条形.利用指标化程序将产物X射线衍射峰指标化,结果表明该化合物为四方晶系,层间距为5.95A,用最小二乘法修正晶胞参数得α=36424(5)A,c=5.9488A.
A new compound, Na3Sb3P2O14, was first synthesized by microwave and conventional synthetic methods. The same product can be obtained from two kinds of reacting substances and in different reaction conditions. The material was characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and characterization program. The compound is tetragonal with a=3.6424(5)Angstrom, c=5.9488 Angstrom, and has a layered structure with an interlayer space of 5.95 Angstrom.
