摘要
本文分析了当前农村教学资源配置存在的主要问题和进行农村教育资源重组所面临的主要困难 ,提出了优化农村教育资源的基本思路 。
This article analyzes the major problems of disposition of educational resources in countryside and the major difficulties of rearranging these educational resources today ,puts forward the basic thinking of optimizing educational reources in contryside,and discusses mainly the principles and ways of adjusting rationally educational network in countryside and optimzing structure of teacher troops.
