摘要
选择市场经济就必须走行政法治化道路 ,中国加盟WTO是加速市场经济迈向国际化的一种选择 ,这使中国实现行政法治化的任务更加紧迫。为了提高政府的行政能力 ,使中国的未来更具有可持续发展力 ,应把法治行政化作为一项战略性选择 。
Market economy needs the rule of law in administration. Chinas getting WTO is the way to speed its economy into international standard and which makes it more urgent to build up the Chinese administration in the rule of law. Rule of law in administration is a strategic choice in order to improve the governments administrative level and keep Chinas sustained developing capability, and to realize the substantive changes in the way of administration of the government.
