摘要
我国现行环境保护政策具有明显的计划体制特征 ,并正处于向市场体制过渡的阶段。江苏省社会经济发达 ,增长速度快 ,社会主义市场经济快速发展 ,面对国内外经济、社会和环境形势的变革 ,环境保护政策面临新的发展和调整。提出江苏省环境保护政策框架构想。
The current policy on environmental protection had the obvious aspects of the planed economy,and it was in transition towards the market economy.It must be adjusted and developed in Jiangsu province,owing to its rapid progress in economics and society,as well as the environmental protection domestic and overseas.The frame of environmental protection policy was suggested.
