摘要
知识产权法的效益体现在制度的运行中 ,并以多种利益的平衡为前提 ;本文还通过对专利制度与经济增长关系的实证分析 ,证明了知识产权制度效益的显著性。
The Benefits of Intellectual property right law can be realized in the operation of the system and based on the balance of various benefits.This paper makes an experimental analysis of the relationship between patent system and economic growth to show the promient benefits of the intellectual property right system
