树突细胞瘤苗的研究现状及前景
摘要
树突细胞瘤苗是一种有前途的肿瘤特异性主动免疫治疗新方法。该瘤苗对晚期、肿瘤负荷较大的黑色素瘤、肾细胞癌和前列腺癌均有肯定的疗效。该疗法副作用轻微，患者可在门诊接受治疗。但是树突细胞瘤苗的临床应用研究刚刚起步，有很多临床应用相关的问题尚待进一步研究。
