摘要
本文研究了青蒿酯脂质体的反相高效液相色谱的测定方法。结果表明本法简单、快速、精确。线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为101.2％,其变异系数为1.22％。
Quantitative Determination of artesunate liposome by RP-HPLC was studied. The correlationcoefficient reached 0.9999, the average recovery was 101.2% and its coefficient of variation was1.22%. It has been proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate.
