摘要
采用二次正交回归设计试验,研究了一种在芯层粉碎料及表层细碎料间各放置一层竹席,热压后再经MF浸渍纸覆膜而成的新型结构板材。这种板子既提高了竹材利用率,改进了单纯竹碎料板较低的力学性能,又有平整、光滑的表面质量。它充分发挥了竹席和竹碎料各自的特性,综合性能良好,各项指标高于混凝土模板的标准要求。最终产品可用作清水混凝土模板。
A new kind of structural board was made by assembling (laying a piece of bamboo mat between core layer consisted of large bamboo particle and surface layer consisted of small bamboo particle), hot- pressing and overlaying MF-impregranted paper. Also, technological parameters for preparing the board were investigated with quadratic orthogonal regression design. Advantage of the technology a. m. is to make full use of character of bamboo mat and bamboo particle, and to raise the rate of bamboo utilization. The board produced has both smooth. even surface and good comprehensive properties Which exceed the reqirements speci- fied in standard for concrete shuttering. And the board is suitable for clean concrete formwork.
