摘要
采购变得越来越重要，因为产品成本的2/3来自采购。电子化采购是一种降低成本的新的采购方式。阐述了基于Internet电子采购的信息系统原理，详细分析了采购流程，并建立了采购模型。同时，也讨论了如何实现Internet与Intranet的连接。
Procurement becomes more and more important. Because the cost caused by purchasing accounts for two thirds of cost of product. Now, electrical procurement, as a new method, is a way to decrease the product cost. This paper describes the principal of the electrical procurement information system based on internet, analyzes the program of procurement in detail, and constructs model. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the problem how the intranet connect with the internet.
