摘要
熊和 Leachman首先对单机器生产系统循环投放的特性进行研究 ,给出当最优生产周期大于或等于平衡生产周期时快速进入最优轨线的方法和步骤以及储存空间任意一点快速进入最优轨线时间的计算公式 ,并且研究了循环投放与 Kumar研究的 CLB,CLW策略的关系 ,实例比较循环投放下快速平衡技术和 CLB,CLW策略 ,许多情况下 ,本文的结果好得多 .本文对多产品单机器生产系统的循环策略的特性进行进一步研究 .
For the single machine production system under the condition of optimal cycle time equal or great to balance time, Xiong and Leachman found a real optimal buffer trajectory which is independent of initial inventory and gave a formula to calculate the time from any point in inventory space to the optimal buffer trajectory. We can stabilize the system on the optimal trajectory with quickly balance technology(QBT) to save money for the manufacturers. They compare their results with CLB policy and CLW policy and find that in many cases their results is much better. In this paper we develop QBT in demend case and find a real optimal buffer trajectory which is independent of initial inventory. We can stabilize the system on the optimal trajectory with QBT to save money for the manufacturers.
