摘要
首次对我国南海软珊瑚 Sinularia inexplicita的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离得到2种化合物,经元素分析和波谱分析确定它们的结构分别为24-亚甲基-3β,5α,6β,19-四羟基胆甾烷醇和柳珊瑚甾醇。
Sinularia inexplicita. collected from the South China Sea was studied with chromatography, two steroids were isolated. Based on the spectral data and elemental analysis, they were identified as 24-methylene-cholestane-3 β,5 α,6 β,19-tetrol and grogosterol respective-ly.
