摘要
目的探讨重症急性左心衰竭的呼吸机机械通气治疗。方法对1996.7～2000.8 46例急性左心衰竭合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭病人临床资料进行对比分析,评价机械通气治疗重症急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。结果使用呼吸机PSV方式面罩辅助通气治疗急性左心衰竭合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭后,患者心率、呼吸次数、平均动脉压、潮气量、SaO_2、pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2及体征与鼻导管吸氧治疗的对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论重症急性左心衰竭是机械通气治疗的适应证。
Objective To evaluate the medanical ventilation therapy for serious acute heart failure. Methods 46 cases with acute heart failure and type Ⅱ respiratory failure in 1996.7 ～2000.8 were analysed for the dinical effectivenes of the mechanical ventilation. Results The difference of heart rate breathe average arterial pressure tide volume(TV) SaO2、 PH、 PaO2、sPaCO2、and symptom were significant among the group of pressure support ventilation (PSV) by face guard and the group of inhale oxygen by nose conduit( P < 0.01) .Conclusions serious acute heart is the indication to the medanical ventilation therapy.
