摘要
本文用自制板框式电解槽对电解还原制备乙醛酸工艺条件,如电解终止时间的判断、电流密度、温度等进行一系列的选择与研究。结果表明,制备含量达78.5%的乙醛酸水溶液,化学收率为89%,电流效率为76-88%。
This paper is concerned with a series of selections and studies on the technological conditions,such as the determination of electrolytic termination,current density, temperature etc,of electrolysisreduction preparation of glyoxylic acid in the self-made plate and frame electrolyzer. Results show that the product can be produced with current efficiencies 76-88% and chemical yields 89%. Aqueous solution of glyoxylic acid can be concentrated to 78. 5%
