摘要
对近年辽宁省高校毕业生的就业走向做了数据处理和统计分析 ,以此提出高校毕业生就业存在的问题 ,并对当前大学生择业心态进行研究 ,论述大学生择业观教育的内容和措施 .阐明面对严峻的就业形势 ,如何做好就业教育及就业指导的现实意义及其方法和手段 .
Through data processing and statistical analysis to the employment orientation of college graduates in Liaoning province in recent years, the paper investigates problems in their job-hunting efforts,studies on their attitude toward employment,with focus on the enlightment of their concept. Emphasis is given to the significance of career training and related techniques.
