摘要
用盆栽试验的方法,研究了不同有效硼水平下莴苣,辣椒的产量及若干生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,有效硼过量时,随着土壤中有效硼浓度的增加,莴苣、辣椒产量显著减少。防止膜脂质过氧化作用的三种保护酶 SOD,POD,CAT 的活性下降,脂质过氧化产物 MDA 含量增加.活性氧之一的 H_2O_2含量增加。同时叶片细胞膜透性增大,叶绿素含量减少,光合速率降低,叶绿体超微结构破坏。这些变化表明,活性氧伤害是莴苣。
The experiments were conducted in soil culture.The changes of some physiobiochemical parameters were tudied at different levels of available boron.Under excess availableboron conditions,the yields of lettuce(Lactuca ativa)and pepper(Capsicum annum)decreasedsignificantly with increasing over application.The activeties of uperoxide dismutase,catalaseand peroxidase decreased.The content of malondialdenyde and H_2O_2 ncreased.The enbranepermeability increaed.The content of chlorophyll and the photosynthesis rate decreased.Thestructure of hloroplast of the lettuce leaves was damaged by boron toxicity.These changesindicate that active oxygen injury ight e the mechanism of boron toxicity.
