摘要
国有股减持是十五届四中全会《决定》为推进国有企业改革和发展而提出的一项重要政策措施 ,也是当前理论界讨论的热点和重点问题之一。本文结合国有股的分类问题提出减持国有股的政策建议 ,以有助于国有股减持工程顺利开展。
The Reduction of State Owned Shares is an important decision made by the Fourth Plenary session of the Fifteenth Congress of Chinese Communist Party for promoting state owned enterprise reform,and it is also a hot spot issue in the current theoretical research.The paper makes a study on the issue and also makes some proposals and suggestions.
