摘要
作者采用人工菌斑新技术模拟致龋性牙菌斑的细菌组成。研究在人工菌斑这个特定的微生态环境下发生的牙釉质龋样损害,探讨牙菌斑的致龋力。结果显示,在人工菌斑环境下,能模拟出相同于人口腔自然环境下的牙釉质早期龋样损害,而且二者在光镜下实难区分。表明人工菌斑技术是研究龋病发生、发展的有效方法,它将致龋菌—牙菌斑—早期龋三者有机联系起来,从而使所得结果更接近于龋病发生的真实情况。
The authors used the car-iogenic becteria isolated from human dentalplaque to produce an artifictal plaquewhich can produce carious lesion in vitro.Lesions on human enamel slabs producedby artificial plaque and single bacteriumwere observed under polarized light micro-scope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the characters ofartificial carious lesipns are very simila?to natural enamel caries. It is very difficull.to differentiate them under the micro-scopes. Compared with the lesions produced bysingle strain,the destructive fashion obser-ved in lesions produced by artificial plaqueis more similar to the changes produced bynatural dental plaque.
