摘要
作者选用8例肿瘤来说明电镜在疑难肿瘤诊断上的重要作用。电镜可证实、修正或排除光镜诊断,更准确的判断肿瘤的类型及组织来源。但电镜有其局限性,因此电镜诊断正确与否,有赖于坚实的光镜观察基础,有时还应配合组织化学和免疫组织化学检查。
Eight cases were reportedin order to elucidate the important role ofelectron microscopy (EM) played in diag-nosis of knotty tumors.The diagnosis oftumors made by light microscopy (LM)could be confirmed, corrected or eliminatedwith EM, and the types and istogenesisof tumors could be decided more accurate-ly witn EM than with LM. But EM hasitsinherent limitations, so it is emphasizedthat iagnosis made by EM must rest onsolid basis of LM, and sometimes EMshould be combined with other methods.such as histochemisty nd immunohisto-chemistry.
