摘要
该仪器是根据VLBI系统的实际工作需要而设计。它通过RS－232接口与控制计算机相连，可替代价格昂贵的HP计数器用于VLBI系统的时延测量，并且有向VLBI系统提供精确的时钟秒脉冲以及噪声测量控制和RS－232信号缓冲分配等功能。
This instrument was designed for the practical requirements of VLBI system. It is con nected to the control computer through a RS - 232 interface. It can replace the expensive HPcounter for the time delay measurement of VLBI system and provide the precise lpps signals(1 pulse per second), noise power on-of f switch and the other functions to the system.
