摘要 本文研究了吸附于羟基磷灰石表面的唾液成份促进变形链球菌粘附的能力。结果表明:下颌唾液明显地促进了 S.mutans,S.cricetus 和 S.rattus 菌株的粘附,而对 S.sobrinus 菌株的粘附无影响。实验菌株对层析分离的各唾液组分的粘附也展示了明显的差异。本实验结果说明变形链球菌与唾液成分相互作用的特异性,不同唾液成份促进了不同变链菌株的粘附,提示不同的变链菌株具有不同的粘结素,它们粘附到实验性唾液膜的不同受体上。 The ability of salivary components to promote adhesion of streptococci of the“mutans”group was studied.Adhesion of all strains of S.mutans,S.rattus and S.cricetus to hydroxyapatite(HA)was significantly enhanced by treatment with saliva.In contrast,adhesion of 6 of 7 strains of S.sorbrinus was not promoted by salivatreatment.The adhesion of each streptococcus species to fractions of saliva by gel fi-ltration exhibited a distinctive binding profile.Adhesion of S.mutans was mainlypromoted by the mucin fraction of saliva,while adhesion of S.rattus and S.cricetuswas mainly promoted by the PRP_s and/or amylase frations.Pure PRP-1 was more e-ffective than PRP-3 in promoting adhesion of these species.No saliva fraction prom-oted adhesion of S.sorbrinus 6715 or SL1.The data indicate that each“mutans”strept-ococci species binds to a distinctive collection of salivary components.
