间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤 被引量：1

摘要 间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤（ＡＬＣＬ）是近年引起人们注意的一种少见淋巴瘤，常易与何杰金氏病、恶性组织细胞增生 症、转移癌、恶性黑色素瘤等混淆。复习文献，对其细胞起源、免疫表型、病理形态特点与临床诊断要点作简要综述。
