摘要
目的研究帕金森病（ＰＤ）患者镜像书写（ＭＷ）的发生率及与智力改变的关系。方法对３５例ＰＤ患者间隔４年后进行随访。检查项目包括ＭＷ，智力测验。结果随访时８例死亡，１例失访。２６例中第一次检查出现ＭＷ者５例（１９．２％），第二次检查出现１３例（５０％）。第一次检查无ＭＷ的１０例中４例（４０％）出现ＭＷ，均属轻度。第二次检查时瑞文推理测验和简易精神状态量表成绩明显较第一次检查减低。在随访首次检查有ＭＷ的５例中仍见ＭＷ且程度加重。结论ＰＤ的ＭＷ发生率随病程发展而增加，同时智力水平下降。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of mirror writing(MW) and the change of intelligence in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Thirty five patients with PD were followed up after four years.The MW,intelligence test were inspected and compared.Results The occurrence of MW was 19.2%(5 cases) in the first examination and 50%(13 cases ) in follow up study.Four of ten in patients without MW in first examination developed MW in mild degree .The performances of Mini-Mental State Examination and Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices were significantly lower in the second examination than in the first examination.The degree of MW in 5 followed up patients increased in the second examination.Conclusion The occurrence of MW in PD patients increased with the disease developing.Meanwhile,patients showed decline in intelligence which might be one of the causes of increase in the occurrence of MW.
