摘要
本文目的旨在了解生殖激素对卵泡凋亡的调节作用．采用放免方法测定血清Fsh、LH、E2和T含量，结果卵泡凋亡组Fsh、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组，T则高于对照组，提示：卵泡的生长发育受Fsh、LH调控、而E2促进成熟卵泡的排出，T则促进卵泡凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect of genital hormone on oocyte apoptosis. Methods: The serum Fsh and LH. E2 and T levels were determined by RLA. Results: The Fsh and LH levels were significantly lower and the T level was much higher in the follcle mptosis gnap. Conclusion: The Fsh and LH have a regulatory effect on the follicuiar developmen the E2 promotes the matured follicle to discharge and the T stimulates the follicle apoptosis.
