摘要
气力输送技术的重要发展是低速密相输送装置的出现 ,它解决了物料在输送过程中易破碎、堵塞和磨蚀管道等难题 ,降低了耗气量 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。综述了低速密相输送中的相图、物料流动形态、料性对气力输送特性的影响等技术参数 。
The appearance of low speed pneumatic conveying in dense phase is a milestone of the development of pneumatic conveying technology,who can not only solve the difficult problem of fragility,clogging and abrassiveness of pipe in pneumatic conveying process,but also reduce the air consumption,and its economic and social benefit are magnificent.After summary of phase diagram,flowing state of the conveying materials and affection of material feature to pneumatic conveying,the author has introduced the development of the new plant and its design as well as the research trend.
