摘要
制成了一种能溶解麦白霉素的溶剂 ,并以单因素及正交试验法找到各组分的最佳组成。以二剂量法即四点管碟扩散法检测证明成品麦白霉素溶液对微生物的抑制效价与对照相同 ,以HPLC法测定样品的组分与对照品一致 ,作者认为本文所报导的溶解技术简单 ,有效可用于实际生产中。
A mixture solvent that could dissolve mebemycin was prepared,and the optimal composition of this mixture was established.The inhibition effect for Bacillus subtilis as weel as the effective content of the melemycin solution were to be the same as that of the controls.The authors believe that this solvent is cheaper,efficacious and might be used in practice.
