摘要
目的 :探讨胸大肌胸腔内移植治疗全肺切除术后支气管残端瘘的有效性。方法 :用带蒂胸大肌瓣移入胸腔内封闭支气管残端 ,同时行胸开窗造口术 ,治疗全肺切除术后支气管残端瘘 3例。结果 :支气管残端瘘封闭良好 ,改善了呼吸功能 ,无手术死亡。结论
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle for treating bronchial stump fistula after pneumonectomy.Methods:Three cases of patients with bronchial stump fistula were treated by intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle with pedical and open window thoracostomy.Results:By this operation the fistulas were closed and pulmonary function was improved with no operative death.Conclusion:Intrathoracic transposition of pectoralis major muscle and open window thoracostomy were effective method for treating bronchial stump fistula affer pneumonectomy. [
