摘要
目的 :比较人参茎叶皂甙 ( Gin S)、西洋参茎叶皂甙 ( PQS)及刺五加叶皂甙 ( ASS)对大鼠离体工作心脏血流动力学的影响。方法 :采用大鼠离体工作心脏 ,以心率、血压、左室内压峰值、左室内压最大上升和下降速率、左室舒张末期压力为观察指标 ,比较 3种皂甙的作用。结果 :Gin S、PQS、ASS均可使血压、左室内压峰值、左室内压最大上升和下降速率下降 ,呈现明显的负性肌力作用 ,与维拉帕米的作用相似 ,但三者的作用强度不同。结论 :Gin S、PQS、ASS均具有负性肌力作用 ,其中 Gin S作用最强 ,PQS次之 。
Objective:The experiment was used to observe hemodynamic effects of Ginsenosides (GinS), Panaquilons (PQS) and Eleutherosides(ASS) on isolated working rat heart. Methods:Isolated working heat of Wistar rats was observed, and six parameters including HR, AP, LVSP, ±dp/dt max and LVEDP were taken as indexes. Results:Three medicines marked negative inotropic action, made decline in AP, LVSP,±dp/dt max and rise in LVEDP as effects of verapamil. Conclusion:Study of comparison shows that GinS, PQS and ASS all reduced the myocardial contractility, but effect of GinS is most significant, the next is PQS, That of ASS is weaker. [
