摘要
在30侧成人上肢标本上对肱骨外出髁炎等肘部常见慢性软组织损伤处的局部结构进行了解剖和观测。据此描述了较为合理的肘部小针刀手术的入刀点及入刀方向,并指出了手术中应注意避免损伤的结构,为临床治疗提供了形态学依据。
The local structures of elbows on which the chronic soft tissue injury, for instance the external humeral—epicondylitis et al, was commonly affected were dissected and observed on 30 adult cadaver upper extrimeties. The better operative procedure of the small needle scalpel was discussed. The way to prevent the structures of elbow from being cnjured during operation was suggested. So the morphological guidelines for clinical treatment of the small needle scalpel on elbow was provided.
