摘要 本文介绍了117例跟痛症的临床治疗体会,并应用生物力学的分析手段,探究跟痛症的发病机制。笔者认为跟痛症的主要原因是由于过度负重,以及老年性变等因素,引起跟距关节生物力学特性发生改变,而导致跗骨窦内软组织损伤,无菌性炎症,刺激窦内和周围感觉神经引起的足跟痛。 SYNOPSIS: The therapeutic effect of the caleaneodynia (117 cases)was introduced in this article. With the aid of biomechanieal theorem and method, the authour looked into the causes of calcancodynia deeply and considered that the biomechanical characteristic of calcancoastragaloid joint could change on the conditions of overburden, old age and so on. These changes would bring about the injury of the soft tissue and the anbactcritie inflammation of the tarsaisinus, thus the nerve in the cave was stimulated and pain was caused.
