^(32)磷玻璃微球组织内照射对肿瘤细胞凋亡影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察32 磷玻璃微球组织内植入对小鼠移植瘤肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :建立小鼠移植瘤S180动物模型 ,分别将剂量为 0、1 85、5 5 5、16 6 5MBq 只的32 磷玻璃微球组织内植入实验小鼠进行放射治疗 ,第 15天取标本检测细胞凋亡情况。结果 :空白对照组及实验组的细胞凋亡指数分别为 0 39、0 41、0 5 9和 0 95 ,其中内植入剂量为 5 5 5MBq 只和 16 6 5MBq 只的实验组较空白对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :32 磷玻璃微球组织内植入使小鼠移植瘤S180的细胞凋亡活动增强 ,且随着剂量的增加 ,凋亡指数升高。 Objective: The aim of this study is to observe apoptotic changes of tumor cells in mice with the solid tumor S180 after interstitial irradiation with +{32}P glass microspheres.Methods: Twenty mice with solid tumor S180 were divided into four groups. The control group was given normal saline. The experimental groups were given different doses of +{32}P glass microspheres (50, 150, 450uci per mouse) using interstitial implant. The terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method was used to determine the apoptotic cells. Results: The mean values of the apoptotic indexes of these groups were respectively 0.39, 0.41, 0.59 and 0.95. The apoptotic indexes of the second and the third experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The interstitial irradiation with +{32}P glass microspheres can enhance the activity of apoptotic cells of solid tumor S180, and the effect is dose_dependent.
