摘要
目的 :观察新达罗 (国产头孢克罗 )治疗泌尿系感染的疗效 ,并与希刻劳 (进口头孢克罗 )进行比较。方法 :95例泌尿系感染患者随机分为 A组 ( 50例 )和 B组 ( 4 5例 )。A组用新达罗胶囊 0 .2 5～ 0 .5g/次 ,tid,疗程 7～ 14d,B组用希刻劳胶囊 0 .2 5～ 0 .5g/次 ,tid,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 :A、B两组临床有效率分别为 90 %和 91.1% ( P>0 .0 5) ,细菌清除率分别为 87.8%和 89.2 % ( P>0 .0 5) ,两者之间无显著性差异 ,且不良反应轻微。结论 :国产与进口头孢克罗治疗泌尿系感染同样疗效显著 ,不良反应少。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of domestic and imported cefaclor in treating urinary infections.Methods:[WT5BZ]95 patients with urinary infections were randomly divided to group a and groupB,The And B receive 0.25～0.5g dose of domestic or imported cefaclor three times daily for 7～14 days in both.Results:The effective rate for domestic and imported cefaclor ams were 90% and 91.1% respectively(P>0.05)and the bacterial eradication rate for domestic and imported cefaclor were 87.8% and 89.2% respectively(P>0.05).No significant difference exists between the two arms with mild ARDs.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:Domestic cefaclor is as effective as imported one in treatment urinary infections with mild ARDs.
