摘要
利用大量实际运行样本资料 ,借助数理统计手段和可靠性理论 ,揭示了国产履带拖拉机的整车运行故障发生规律 ,给出故障的分布函数及其参数的表达式 ,求出可靠性特征量的估计值。对深入了解我国履带拖拉机的现状及进一步提高可靠性提供了参考 ,同时便于掌握车辆的运行技术状况、使用以及合理地安排作业。
The study, made by utilizing a large quantity of practical functional sample materials, with the aid of mathematical statistics and reliability theories, revealed the overall trouble rules of the functioning machine. The distribution function of the trouble and formularization expressions of the parameters of the function were presented. And the estimated value of the characteristic volume of the reliability and some very meaningful conclusions and recommendations were obtained. The study provides theoretical basis for deeper understanding of the status of caterpillar tractors in China and further improvement of reliability of the tractors. The study also helps us with mastering the status of functioning techniques, application of the machine and reasonably arranging operations.
