摘要
本文首先通过使用 3层组织模型的蒙特卡罗模拟计算分析了各层组织的光学特性对表面反射光时间分辨信号的影响 ,提出了由表面反射光时间分辨波形推算各层组织光学特性的基本思路。其次 ,利用 ps时间扫描摄像系统实际测试了前臂及大腿处的反射光时间分辨信号 。
Tissues optical properties,especially in vivo optical properties are basic data for optical diagnoses and therapies.However,there are only a few reports on in vivo optical properties of human tissues.In this paper,a 3 layered tissue model of skin,fat and muscle is proposed.The time resolved reflectance light signal from the fat and muscle layers are examined.Then,the time resolved reflectance measurements are performed on human forearms and thighs with ps streak camera,and the in vivo optical properties of fat and muslcle tissues are obtained.
