摘要
汽车传动系参数是决定汽车动力性和经济性的关键.以功率损失率和六工况循环使用油耗作为衡量动力性和燃油经济性的两个分目标,建立了汽车动力性和经济性双目标函数下的传动系参数优化模型,并开发了一套优化设计系统.SY6408样车传动系参数优化实例表明,在降低功率损失率的同时,还可以降低六工况试验条件下的累计使用油耗,实现了汽车设计中“确保经济性,提高动力性”的优化目标.
A mathematical model was established with dual objective functions of the automobile power and economy performance. The parameters of automobile transmission are used as kernel parameters. The loss rate of power and the oil consumption at the cycle of six working conditions are used as the objective functions. The optimization system of automobile transmission parameters developed from the optimization results of transmission parameters of automobile model SY64008 was introduced, showing that the loss rate of power and the oil consumption can be decreased so that the automobile power and economy performance can be improved.
