摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,以不同添加量的聚乙二醇(PEG,分子量2000)为添加剂. 在普通载玻片上制备结构可控的多孔TIO2纳米薄膜。结果表明:通过调节PEG添加量,可以有效地调控薄 膜的结构(如孔径和孔分布),增大比表面积,进而可提高光催化活性。
TiO2 porous nanometer thin films with controlled structure desposited on slide glass substrates were prepared from TiO2 sol ln the presence of PEG by sol-gel method. The results showed that the addition of PEG could adjust the morphology of thin films, such as pore size and pore distribution. As a result, it has been found that the specific surface area was increased and the phutocatalytic activity was improved.
