摘要
住宅建设的指导思想应以“人”为根本 ,也就是要贯彻人本主义的理念。从这一指导原则出发 ,从时代生活需求、居住小区规划、住宅套型设计、厨卫设施、配套公建、物业管理、环境保护与绿化美化等方面 ,阐述提高住宅质量的要求。
From the principle that humanism should be implemented in the construction of residential buildings, this paper expounds the requirements for improving the quality of residential buildings from the aspects of demands of life, layout of residential subzone, design of suite, facilities in kitchen and toilet, complementary public facilities, realty management, and afforestation, etc.
