摘要
简要说明了液体动压轴承的特性与润滑油的粘度、滑动速度、油膜厚度的关系 ,从而制定了特性的实验研究方法 ,通过本实验系统 ,测出了油膜压力分布曲线 ,轴承特性值与摩擦系数的关系曲线以及最小油膜厚度的实测值。
This paper explains briefly the relations between the characteristics of hydrodynamic bearings and the viscosity, sliding velocity and oil film thickness of lubricating oil, and thus establishes the experimental methods for studying the characteristics. By means of this experimental system, this paper gets the measurement of the distribution curve of oil film pressure, the relation curve between the bearing characteristic value and friction coefficient, and the tested value of the minimum oil film thickness.
