摘要 制备了用于聚氨酯真空隔热板的开孔硬泡芯材 ,该泡沫芯材的开孔率达 95%。讨论了聚醚多元醇、开孔剂及泡沫稳定剂等组分对芯材性能的影响。并介绍了封装成真空隔热板的工艺。用该芯材制成的聚氨酯真空隔热板具有优良的隔热性能 ,其导热系数低于 0 .0 10W / (m·K) A open cell polyurethane rigid foam for vacuum panel core material was prepared. The open cell percent of the core material is about 95%.The effects of polyols, open cell agents, stabilizers and other additives on properties of the core material were simply discussed,and the encapsulating technology of the vacuum insulation panel was introduced.The vacuum insulation panel has excellent insulating performance and its thermal conductivity is less than 0.010 W/(m·K).
