摘要
介绍了山西煤层气井钻探中钻井液技术难点 .通过三口典型的煤层气井 ,论述了低固相、低密度聚合物钻井液在煤层气井中的应用 .结果表明 ,这种钻井液体系 p H值较低 ,滤失量小 ,泥饼致密光滑 ,可以起到保护井壁的作用 ,从而有效地保护煤层 ,同时可降低钻井液材料的费用 ,适用于煤层气钻井 .
The difficulty in drilling fluid is introduced in the drilling process of Shanxi coalbed gas wells. It was proposed that low solids and low density polymer drilling fluids were used. The results of the use in three wells show that the drilling fluids can effectively protect the borehole wall of the coalbed gas wells due to the low pH value, little filter loss, and smooth and compact mud cake of them. The cost of the drilling fluids is lower.
