摘要
本文针对我国金融业面临的国际形势，提出了混业经营是我国金融业发展趋势的观点，客观分析了我国现阶段分业经营管理体制的正确性与必要性，认为从分业到混业的转变需要一个从制度、法规、人员等各方面不断完善的过程，并构想了我国金融业未来发展框架下混业经营的实施及监管措施。
According to the analysis of the international situation faced by financial industry of China this article proposes the view that miscellaneous operation is a trend of the development of Chinese financial industry． Then it analyzes the necessities of Chinese present specialized operation system and argues that the transition from specialized operation to miscellaneous operation requires a progressive improvement of institution legislature human resources etc． Finally the author proposes some practical and supervising measures on how to develop miscellaneous operation．
