摘要
本文在客观分析我国加入关贸总协定后给房地产业带来利弊的基础上,提出我国房地产业界应形成的几点共识,与房地产业策略取向的若干建议。
Based on the objective analysis of the benefits and adverse effect caused to the property in dustry when China is admitted to be a member of WTO, this paper puts forth some common viewpoints which should be shared by our real estate industry and the some suggestions related to the real estate policies and strategies to be adopted.
