摘要
本文运用现代管理学的理论，根据广州师范学院学生宿舍管理的实际情况，提出了寓管理于服务之中、寓育人于管理之中、集服务、管理、育人于一体的管理思想。实践证明，这对提高学生宿舍管理水平能够收到较好的效果。
