加性及非加性相关遗传力的通径分析

摘要 本文在根据P-F_1法估算加性及非加性遗传协方差的基础上,把加性遗传贡献率应用到通径分析中,从而把广义相关遗传力通径分剖为加性相关遗传力通径和非加性相关遗传力通径两部分,并讨论了这种分剖在育种上的可能应用。 Broad correlative heritability(h_(xy))sometimes do not reflect the real geneticpicture.Therefore based on the estimation of additive and non-additive geneticcovariance by P~*-F_1~* method,h_(x y)path is divided into two parts:additive corre-lative heritability(h_(i x y))path and non-additive correlative heritability(H_(i x y))pathby using additive genetic cotribution ratio.The different applications of h_(a x y)pathanalysis and h_(i x y)path analysis in breeding are discussed.It is better to useh_(a x y)path analysis than to use h_(a x y)path analysis in the selection of generalbreeding.And h_(i x y)can be used as a new ground to select parents to hybridizefor heterosis.
