摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌伴发糖尿病的临床特点及发病机制。方法通过计算机病案管理系统检索我院近 5年收治的胰腺癌病例 34例 ,并进行分析。结果 34例胰腺癌中伴发糖尿病者 15例 ,发病率 44 .1% ;男女之比1.5∶1。其中胰腺癌诊断之前有糖尿病史者 5例 ,占 33.3 % ;与胰腺癌同时发生糖尿病者 10例 ,占 6 6 .7%。结论胰腺癌患者中糖尿病的发生率明显高于一般人群 ,其糖尿病的发生与胰腺癌有关 ,可能为胰腺癌所致。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical features and pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer concomitant with diabetes.Methods34 cases of pancreatic cancer in the past 5 years were searched by case management computer system.ResultsOf these 34 cases,15 cases were pancreatic cancers concomitant with diabetes mellitus,of which there were 9 men and 6 women,the morbidity rate was 44.1 % . 5 cases ( 33.3 % ) suffered from diabetes before pancreatic cancer diagnosed,whilc the other 10 cases ( 66.7 % ) of diabetic patients were diagnosed with cancer simultaneously.ConclusionDiabetes occur more frequently in patients with pancreatic cancer than in the general population.Diabetes in patients with pancreatic cancer is presumably caused by the tumor.
