高压氧和静磁对去势雌鼠骨密度的影响 被引量:2

Effect of hyperbaric oxygenation and static magnetic fields on bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats

摘要 目的 探讨高压氧和静磁对去势雌鼠骨密度 (BMD)的影响。方法  5月龄SD大鼠 5 0只 ,切除双侧卵巢 ,随机分成模型组、高压氧组、静磁组、高压氧 +静磁组及假手术组 (正常对照组 ) ,每组 10只 ;采用QDR45 0 0A型扇形束DEXA检测各组腰椎 (L4 6)、股骨、胫骨各区域和全身BMD ,并进行分析比较。结果  14周后高压氧组与模型组比较 ,高压氧组各部位BMD略呈上升趋势 ,但差异无统计学意义。静磁组与模型组比较 ,在股骨远端 (FR2 )BMD明显下降 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。高压氧 +静磁组与高压氧组比较 ,前者各部位BMD略呈下降趋势 ;而高压氧 +静磁组与静磁组比较 ,前者各部位BMD略呈上升趋势 ;但差异均无显著性意义。结论 高压氧对去势雌鼠骨丢失无明显改善 ,强磁场加重去势雌鼠的骨丢失 ,高压氧能部分拮抗强磁场所致的去势雌鼠的骨丢失。 Objectives To investigate effects of hyperbaric oxygenation and static magnetic fields on bone mineral density (BMD) in ovariectomized rats. Methods SD female rats, 5 months old, were surgically ovariectomized and divided randomly into four groups: ovariectomized group (OVX group), hyperbaric oxygen group (HBO group), static magnetic field group (SMF group), combined hyperbaric oxygen and static magnetic field group (HBO+SMF group), ten rats in each group. Ten rats with sham operation were established as normal control group. Whole body BMD, BMD of lumbar spine (L 4 6 ) in vivo and in vitro, BMD of every region of femur and tible in vitro were all measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DEXA) using QDR 4500A equipment. Results BMD of every region at 14 weeks post surgery in HBO group was slightly higher than that in OVX group, but no significant difference between HBO group and OVX group. BMD in regions 2 at the distal femur in vitro markedly decreased in SMF rats at 14 weeks post surgery compared with that in OVX group (P<0.05). BMD of every region in HBO+SMF group was slightly lower than that in HBO group,BMD of every region in HBO+SMF group was slightly higher than that in SMF group, but no significant difference between HBO+SMF group and HBO group or HBO+SMF group and SMF group. Conclusion HBO could not obviously improve bone loss in ovarietomized rats. High static magnetic field would increase bone loss in ovarietomized rats. HBO could partly reduce bone loss by high static magnetic field in ovarietomized rats.
