摘要
企业文化对企业的发展和壮大具有极为重要的作用 ,面临中国即将加入 WTO的我国企业 ,要在全球经济一体化中迎接挑战 ,在残酷的国际市场竞争中取得胜利 ,就必须吸收东西企业文化之精华 ,重构我国现代企业新文化。
The literature has an important effect on the enterprise's developing and strengthening. Facing with China joining in the WTO, if the enterprise wants to meet with the challenge in the whole world's economic integration, to gain victory in the cruel international market competition. It should cover the world's human civilization and select the essence of the east and the west's literature to form the new literature of the modern enterprise.
