摘要
目的 :探讨超声乳化术对虹膜微循环的影响。方法 :通过激光扫描检眼镜 (SLO)观察不同类型的白内障在超声乳化术前及术后虹膜微循环的变化 ,并依此作为评价虹膜微循环损伤的指标 ;分析手术后晶体前膜的形成与虹膜微循环损伤程度、白内障类型及植入人工晶体类型的关系。结果 :(1)硬核的超声乳化虹膜微循环损伤较白内障囊外摘除重 ;(2 )不同类型的白内障虹膜微循环损伤程度不同 ;(3)人工晶体前膜的形成与血房水屏障的损伤度、白内障类型及人工晶体类型有关。结论 :(1)超声乳化对虹膜微循环的损伤与诸多因素有关 ;(2 )糖尿病、虹膜炎、青光眼是虹膜微循环损伤的高危因素。
Objective:To discuss the influence of phacoemulsification on iris microcirculation.Method:Through scanning laser opthalmoscope (SLO), the changes of iris microcirculation after phacoemulsification which were regarded as the guideline of iris microcirculation damage were observed.Meanwhile, the relationship between the anterior membrane of intraocular lens(IDL) and the degree of the iris microcirculation damage,the kind of cataract,and the type of IDL was analysed.Results:(1)The iris microcirculation damage was more serious in hard nuclear phaco compared with extraction cataractae extracapsularis (ECCE);(2)the degree of the iris microcirculation damage varied with kind of cataract;(3)the forming of anterior membrane of IOL was related to the degree of the iris microcirculation damage, the kind of cataract,and the type of IOL.Conclusion:(1)the iris microcirculation damage following phacoemulsification is related to many factors;(2)diabetes,iritis,glaucoma are danger reasons of iris microcirculation damage.
