摘要
目的 探讨肾阴虚对豚鼠听力的影响及补肾中药对这一影响的拮抗作用，为进一步研究 肾与耳的关系提供新的实验资料。方法利用糖皮质激素模拟豚鼠肾阴虚模型，应用耳廓反射（ＰＲ）及 听性脑干反应（ＡＢＲ）测试动物的听力变化，采用改良耳蜗铺片及硝酸银染色法在光镜下进行耳蜗毛细 胞计数。结果肾阴虚豚鼠表现为高频听力下降，尤以 ６ｋＨｚ为明显，ＡＢＲＩ、Ⅲ波潜伏期延长，而 Ｉ～Ⅲ 波间期无变化，耳蜗第１～３回外毛细胞轻度坏死，尤以底回较明显；滋补肾阴的中药对这一影响具有拮 抗作用，而温补肾阳的中药作用不明显。结论肾阴虚对豚鼠听力的影响主要是以６ｋＨｚ为中心的高频 听力下降，其原因可能与肾阴虚引起耳蜗底回外毛细胞部分坏死有关；应用补肾法治疗耳聋必须辨证使 用滋补肾阴与温补肾阳两类中药。
Objective To explore the influence of kidney- yin - deficiency on hearing of guinea pigs and the protection of drugs of invigorate kidney. To supply new data for the further study of the relationships between kidney and ear. Methods Preyer's reflex threshold(PR) and auditiry brain-stem response (ABR) were observed to study the audition of guinea pigs with prednisone-induced kidney-yin -deficiency syndrome. Modified basilar membrane streched preparation and silver nitrate staining method were used to calculate the number of cochlear hair cells with the microscope. Results The hearing loss was at high frequency in kidney-yin-deficiency guinea pigs, which was especially obvious at 6 kHz. Both wave I latencies and wave Ⅲ latencies of ABR were found to delay, but I ~ Ⅲ interpeak latencies did not change. The outer cochlear hair celss of 1 to 3 turn were lightly necrosis, and which of hasal turn were especially obvious. Drugs of nourishing kidney-yin have the protective effect to this influence and drugs of warming kidney-yang almost have not. Conclusion The hearing loss of kidney-yin-deficiency. guinea pigs is mainly at high frequency around 6kHz, whose cause maybe are that kidney-yin-deficiencycan lead to part necrosis of hasal turn cochlear outer hair cells. In order to treat deafness with invigorate kidney method, two kinds of drugs of nourshing kidney and warming kidney must be used according to syndrome differentiation.
