摘要
对不同喷煤水平下的 7批风口焦和相应的入炉焦的粒度组成、 I转鼓强度作了对比 ,实验表明 ,随喷煤水平的提高,焦炭粒度降解程度有增大的趋势。在风口断面上,从高炉炉壁至炉中心粒度均逐渐减小,各段风口焦粒度比对应入炉焦粒度明显变小,其 I转鼓强度均低于入炉焦。
The comparative tests done for the grain compositions and drum strengths I of seven batches of tuyere cokes and their corresponding furnace feeding cokes under different coal spray levels show that there is an increasing trend of coke grain degradation with the raising of coal spraying level. The coke grain from the wall to the center of blast furnace at the tuyere section are reduced gradually. The tuyere coke grain at the various sections become smaller obviously than those of the furnace feeding cokes. Their drum strengths I are lower than those of the furnace feeding cokes.
