抗柑桔细菌溃疡病的柑桔叶组织内一些酶活性的研究 被引量:2

ENZYMATIC ACTIVITIES OF CITRUS LEAVES FROM PLANTS RESISTANT OR SUSCEPTIBLE TO CITRUS BACTERIAL CANKER DISEASE

摘要 本试验测定了对柑桔溃疡病黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv.citri,Xcc)敏感性不同的柑桔品种叶组织内过氧化氢酶(CAT),过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6PGDH)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)的活性及总酚含量。结果表明,抗病品种CAT、POD、PPO、G6PDH、6PGDH活性及总酚含量均高于敏感品种;而ICDH活性则低于敏感品种。这显示了柑桔叶组织中氧化酶(CAT、POD、PPO),戊糖磷酸途径酶(G6PDH、6PGDH)、三羧酸循环酶(ICDH)的活性及总酚含量与柑桔抗Xcc感染能力密切相关。 The activities of catalase,peroxidase,polyphenol-oxidase,glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PDH),6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase(6PGDH),isocitrate dehydrogenase(ICDH)and total phenolic contents in the citrus leaves in relation to their general resistance to the infection by Xanthomononas campestris pv.citri(Xcc)were determined.The activities of catalase,peroxidase,polyphenol-oxidase,G6PDH,6PGDH and total phenolic content were higher in resistant plants than those in susceptible one.These results suggest that high levels of oxidative enzymes catalase,peroxidase,polyphenol-oxidase, pentose-phosphate cycle enzymes(G6PDH and 6PGDH),krebs cycle enzymes(ICDH),and total phenolic content may be related to the Xcc-resistance of citrus leaves.
